I made a purchase. It was a duplicate and realized it within a few minutes, I emailed to cancel my order. They told me it was too late because it had already been shipped. Really? I find that highly improbable. it would have been much easier and cheaper for you to just cancel my order rather than having to go through this ridiculous return process for an item. I did not need. This flexibility is not what I expect. I will not do business with this company again.

Quality Ties

What impressed me most was the quality of the ties. When put side-by-side with my cheaper ties, you could see and feel the difference. From the crispness of the design to the firmness of the tie itself, you know you are getting good quality at a fair price with Dazi.

Always look your Sunday best with Dazi

As luck would have it I found Dazi just before my confirmation into the Catholic church this Easter. I don’t even bother counting the complements I get on these ties. I can dress them up with a suit or down with a cardigan. Across the board, these ties just work. The texture on all of these is quite nice and I happen to love the accent fabric colors on the keeper loop and tipping. It gives these ties a nice handmade feel.

Never buying expensive ties again

Looks great, easy to tie, doesn't crinkle. No point in buying expensive vineyard vines or department store ties again. These work great.

Great Customer Service

I ordered ties for my wedding, and they came even quicker than expected. I also got a personal email from Dazi saying they thought the order was probably for a special occasion, and gave me a personal phone number to reach out to if I had any concerns. Luckily there were no issues, and they came just as expected.
