All US orders are shipped and delivered via United States Postal Service (USPS) as First-Class Mail. US First-Class Mail orders typically ship within 4-6 business days, depending on the city of destination. Customers have the option to upgrade to Priority Mail for 3-4 day delivery or Priority Mail Express for 1-3 day delivery. Shipping time depends on the city of destination.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major Holidays. Orders placed before 12pm ET will be processed to ship out the same business day; orders placed after 12pm ET will be processed for shipping the following business day. We provide each customer with a tracking link for all shipments so that you can follow your order status online. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed due to possible delays at the post office outside of our control. If you experience shipping delays please first contact your local USPS office with your tracking number. If that does not resolve your issue, email info@daziusa.com with your order number and we will be happy to look into your order.
All of our standard size ties are approx. 58" in length. If tied using the right knot, this size seems to work for almost anyone. If you are looking for a slightly longer tie, all of our 3" Wide ties come in a 60" length and this might just be the perfect size you are looking for.
Most of our ties are approx. 2.5" wide at the tip and are considered to be a "skinny" tie. We also offer most of our colors and designs in a slightly wider 3" wide tie which is the perfect size for anyone that does not like to wear skinny ties. If you are shopping a particular style and want to select the size, there is an option on each product page directly above the "add to cart" button where you can select your desired tie width.

EXCHANGES
We offer FREE exchanges and returns for store credit for 60 days from the order date. We provide you with a free, prepaid return label.
RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days of the order date for a refund. Once your return is marked as delivered, we will process the return within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We charge a $6 handling fee per returned order when you return your order for a refund.All products must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with tags in place.
